Summary of Lesson Plan:
In this lesson the learners will review the symbols used for multiplication and division. They will chorus count by 1s, 2s, 5s and 10s. They will then work in 6 groups. 3 groups will undertake the arranging desks activity, while 3 groups will complete a worksheet. Groups will then swap after 20 minutes. The lesson will end with an activity where students will form groups under sails.

- Recognise and represent division as grouping into equal sets and solve simple problems using these representations (ACMNA032).
